This has improved efficiency and ease of this task for Civil Servants and reduced administration costs for Cabinet Office.covoxa was instrumental in the implementation of this new system and currently continues this work by providing a Service Management offering to Cabinet Office that covers 3rd line support, functionality enhancements and upgrade advice. One such recent enhancement has been the introduction of Workday Assistant (a Chatbot).
